Jason is renowned for his ability to cut through the noise and identify what truly matters for his clients. With a holistic approach to real estate, he considers every factor in his clients' journeys, providing clear and viable paths forward. His background in the financial industry as a commodity trader and institutional derivatives broker equips him with expert negotiation skills and a deep understanding of high-stakes transactions. Jason is known for his diligence, work ethic, and the calm, comforting presence he provides throughout the process. His high level of customer service and ability to handle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment ensure that his clients receive the best possible outcomes. Jason's roots run deep in Brooklyn, where he grew up and attended St. John’s University. With over 35 years of exploring the city’s diverse offerings, he brings a wealth of local knowledge to his real estate practice. Outside of work, Jason enjoys an active lifestyle, including snowboarding, biking, driving cars, and golfing. He is also an executive board member of InHer City Chic, a nonprofit dedicated to providing chic clothing and mentoring to young women in underserved communities.
